Godfrey is the founder and president of CERFO. He holds a degree in Tourism and Cultural Heritage from the University of Dodoma, UDOM.
He was born and raised in Meru land, Tanzania. Being raised from a peasant family with low income, he has always has a desire to help other poor peasant children to improve their life standard in all aspects - BETTER education, health, and environment.
Haroun holds Bachelor Degree In Development Studies (B.A DS), from the University of Dodoma (UDOM). He is currently working with HEAL International, an international NGO, as Community Health Facilitator. In his career, he has demonstrated strong interest in working with all groups of people in the community; he is open minded, flexible, and development enthusiast. He work as General Secretary and Talent manager as well as career development for youth
Salome holds a B.A. in Community Development with Bias Management of Community Development Programmes, and is a graduate from Tengeru Institute of Community Development. Salome has experience in community work and NGOs. She has done management work for 3 years under women development for science and technology association (WODSTA). Salome travels through different parts of Tanzania to evaluating different projects implemented by the organization. She work has CERFO Administrator and Reservationist at African Travel Tours.
Lulu holds an MSc. In Economics and Business Administration, and graduated from Aalborg University. Lulu has lived in Denmark since 2013 and gotten exposure to the culture and understanding of the Danish lifestyle. She has also experience working with international consulting firm and NGOs that link Europe and Africa as Project Assistance. Her multinational background and cultural diversity contribute in bring between Africa and Europe, now she is CERFO Ambassador in Europe.
Anna holds a B.A. of Science in Biology from University of Bagamoyo. Anna has experience in drug sensitivity, DNA sequencing, salmonella isolation in the zoonoses unity and also PCR, Further on the gene expert procedure, MIGT 196 Procedure, PCR procedure on the micro bacterium Tuberculosis and all this exposure she had in field area from both Kilimanjaro Clinical research institute (KCRI) and National Institute of Medical Research-Mbeya Medical research Program (NIMR-MMRP) in the TB laboratory. At CERFO she works as Coordinator of Train and Building Capacity for Youth and Community Health Coordinator.
Onesmo holds a B.A. in Tourism and Cultural Heritage. He was born and raised in Meru land. Being raised from peasant family with low income, his desire always is helping the poor peasant children’s to improve their life standard in all aspects - better education, health and environment.. Change the youth’s life in order them to change the world. He currently works as the CERFO Project coordinator.
Belinda holds a diploma certificate in Management and Accounting from Moshi Cooperative University (MoCU). Belinda has experience in finance and administration assistance in a youth personal development program. Additionally, she has experience working with different NGOs that deal with girls and community in General. At CERFO she is the financial officer /Treasure.
Halima holds an Advance Secondary School Certificate and currently is studying at university of Dodoma. Halima has experience in different youth Personal Development Programs as well as Girls growth projects. She has worked with a variety of NGOs that deal with female identifying students Project as school project Assistance in Nkoarua Secondary School. At CERFO she works as school girls project coordinator
Suzane is a lawyer dedicated on women rights advocacy, She’s worked with Tanzania women lawyers association TAWLA an NGO that provides free legal Aid to women and Children, she’s worked there as a legal advisor she in the future plans to keep giving back and serving the advocacy on women rights. At CERFO she’s women project Coordinator.
Zuzana holds a Bachelor's degree in "Innovation in Society" from Arizona State University and is currently finishing her medical school pre-requisites. She is the President of Women in STEM at Arizona State University. Additionally, Zuzana plans to pursue a career in medicine and is passionate about the universal right to healthcare for all. She is currently the CERFO Director in the United States.
Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Global Health, Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University and is currently attending law school. Nicole has extensive cross-cultural training from North America to Tanzania. Nicole has been working with CERFO and other NGO's in Tanzania since 2012. She is currently a CERFO Ambassador in the United States.
